I agree as well in taking breaks. I am a work at home mom. And after work, I also take care of my 2 kids, a grade schooler and a baby. It’s tiring and self-rewarding as well. But I am not a robot. lol. . I also go out and visit some friends twice a month to hace a little chat with them. It helps me energize as well. It helps me feel better about myself. What I’m pointing out is that I am human. Even a robot has a shutdown time. If I have a tiny bit time for relaxation, then I won’t be so frustrated about the life I’m living. Don’t get me wrong. I love being a mom and being able to work for my kids, but all work and no play, as they say, is not good as well. As long as I know my top priority, then nothing would go wrong. thanks,.

I agree and I believe the tips and advise are suitable for all genders. Working from home requires that internal discipline and motivation.

I like the idea of taking personal breaks and I think that it needs to happen every day in between “work” — that will keep them going.
