Be positive. Set a good example to your team. They need to see your positive outlook on things especially when the business meets challenges along the way. Always be an encouragement to your workers and let them feel that they can rely on your management skills and abilities.

Set definite goals. Each member of the team should be clear about his/her tasks and objectives. Although each one may have different tasks to attend to, the team must understand that all of them are working on behalf of the business’s success.
